Don't Get Whackd.

WHACKD trades against ether on Uniswap, in the pool above, and nowhere else that this page knows of. Trade it on Uniswap, having read § II first.

A plain transfer.

One tenth of the amount is burned. The recipient receives nine tenths. The counter advances by one.

The thousandth transfer.

The whole amount is burned. The sender keeps nothing and the recipient receives nothing. The counter returns to nought. The sender has been whackd.

A buy on Uniswap.

A buy is a plain transfer from the pool to the buyer. A tenth burns, the buyer receives nine tenths, and the counter advances by one. If the counter stood at 999, the pool's tokens burn instead and the buyer, having paid, receives nothing.

A sale moves the tokens by a different call on the contract, one that never touches the counter. A tenth still burns. While the counter rests at 999, every sale into the pool burns in full and the counter stays put. The trap clears only by a plain transfer, which gets whackd and resets the count.

Every burn is sent to the null address. The burned figure above is that address's balance, checked on each reading against the contract's own supply figure. When the two disagree, no reading is published.

The counter advances only when someone sends, or buys. It does not advance on a sale into the pool, and it does not advance with time. Between the twenty-fourth and twenty-sixth of August, 2026, one wallet made one thousand seven hundred and seventy-three transfers of dust, got whackd twice on purpose, and paid ten wei each time. In that week the reading moved more than a thousand places in a single day.

The counter is a dial, not a clock. Whoever has gas money may set it, and may set it to 999 and leave it there. This page reports the position. It does not predict who gets whackd next, because the position does not predict it either.

The record is partial. It begins with the readings of July 2026; the register from the contract's first day in 2019 is being compiled.
